Lyndon is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the coal industry in Australia, Indonesia and India. He specialises in geological databases, modelling and resource estimation. Lyndon has also been extensively involved in geological audits and due diligence studies for many major mining clients. His expertise ranges from developing and evaluating geological models, to updating resource models in order to produce resource statements in accordance with the JORC code.

Troy has worked in a number of senior roles both onsite and in a corporate environment with expertise in design, scheduling and application of mining software for open cut mines.

He specialises in geotechnical characterisation, evaluation and design for both open cut and underground resources. Glen has also been extensively involved in on-site geotechnical audits and development of operational risk management plans as well as being a technical lead in concept to feasibility mining projects in Australia and internationally.
